💬 WhatsApp: Message our business account: "DELETE MY DATA"
TIMELINE:
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours
- Completion: Within 30 days (legal requirement)
- Confirmation: Email/SMS when done
WHAT WE DELETE:
✅ Phone number, name, chat history, order references linked to WhatsApp
❌ Aggregated analytics (cannot identify you personally)

WhatsApp Integration with Odoo ERP
1. ACCEPTANCE
By using our WhatsApp business service, you agree to these terms.
2. SERVICE PURPOSE
We use WhatsApp to send: order confirmations, warranty updates, service reminders, and product information for agricultural equipment.
3. USER CONSENT
- Service messages: Sent automatically based on your purchases
- Marketing messages: Only sent if you explicitly opt in
- Opt out anytime: Reply "STOP" to any message
4. DATA HANDLING
- We collect: phone number, name, order references
- We store: data in Odoo ERP with access controls
- We share: minimal data with manufacturers for warranty only
5. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for message delays due to network issues, Meta platform changes, or incorrect contact details.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms follow the laws of Tanzania.
